Mission Aim-3A: Fellowship Means This

A shared mission

Fellowship is our word for our tour groups of 12 to 15: travelling as “brothers and sisters”; comrades and friends; in a company whose purpose is to be in the places of Christ and The Holy Spirit.
Fellowship is for discovery, spiritual growth, and fun too.

Our Mission (for details see Mission - a singular purpose ) is to enable Christians to find Christ and The Holy Spirit, through the experience of: "being", "seeing" and taking an active part to truly "apprehend" the enormity of "Mere Christianity" (C.S.Lewis) and consequently even more so in the places of Christ, Paul, Peter and Thomas

Fellowship - "for one another"
Christ telling us to "Love one another" often gets lost in translation from "Love" in Aramaic to Greek to modern language.

Christ also meant and showed by example everyday:
"Care for one another";
"Be kind to one another";
be attentive, be patient.
And as a result, be humane, be Christian.
So our Fellowship encourages this example of Christ.

Fellowship - Respect the places and peoples we visit
Be respectful of the places we visit and the local people.

Sometimes there is a "No Talking" rule.
Sometimes wearing a head-scarf is important, or maybe no flash camera is allowed.

And because sometimes, an important private or public family event is  taking place.

Respect the fellowship

Fellowship - Respect that each fellow is on their own mission too
. Each one is here on their own inner spiritual mission.
. Each deserves every respect to achieve their own mission.
. Each has their own aims to ask questions, seek knowledge, find Truth
. Each their own lives and circumstances they have a need to address
. Each their own pace and place to grasp meaning in their inner journey

Because from the newbie, to the established Christian, to the wise old owl: we are all here to connect, with ourselves; each other; The Holy Spirit

Quiet time: People often love a little chat; a bit of a laugh. But sometimes they need or want to be silent to reflect, read or simply rest.
